Day 30: A LETTER TO YOURSELF: TELL EVERYTHING YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF
Dear Self,
I've known you for almost 25 years. Wow, that's a long time. Remember when you used to run around the farm with your shirt off just like your brothers? Or when you used to play in the mud where all the water collects at the end of the garden? Or when you used to take pride in tackling the boys in football? How about the days when you used to eat macaroni and cheese and drink orange juice when you pulled all-nighters with your girl friends? Or when you stole your dad's car for a ride before you got your license? Remember when you got pulled over 4 days after your 16th birthday and took a picture of the police officer when he didn't give you a ticket?
So many memories- -those are just from years 1-16. I could go on and on. You've lived a good life. A crazy, fun-filled life. I love that you take advantage of memory-making opportunities. I love that you're willing to try new things. I love that you love taking chances. I love that you love challenges. I love that you love people. I love that you've made so many true friendships over the years. The types of friendships that weather every storm and ease every pain. I love that you are OCD. I love that you are reliable and trust-worthy. I love that you are honest. I love that you worked hard in high school and graduated with high honors while still having fun. I love that you got an Associates Degree and that you were a Nanny and that you served a mission. I love that you lived a little and grew up a lot before you got married. I love that you married Tyson Todd. I love that you two had a child sooner than later. I love that you try so hard to be a good wife and mother. I love that you enjoy your time home making. I love that you have dreams. I love that you are a busy-body and get things done. I love that you have a testimony of Jesus Christ. I love that you try to be better. I love that you are a positive, happy person. I love that you're sometimes funny. I love that you're open about yourself and welcome others' openinity. I love that you make up new words =0).
All things considered, you are a pretty good person and
I love that you love yourself.
Let's see what the nest 25 years bring, eh?
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
Love, Dani

So sweet! It's been fun reading your answers to all these questions and learning more about you, Dani! You were one of those people in high school that I admired but didn't dare talk to - too cool for me, I thought. Also beautiful and talented. I guess that means I was jealous....
