How have I changed since then?

• I've learned well how to change diapers quickly and economically.
• I've experienced a tender, more gentle heart.
• I've learned what it takes to convince a child to eat.
• I'm sleep deprived.
• I've learned I can do most things with just one hand
  (while the other carries/entertains Teryn).
• I've found happiness and pride in being thrown-up on.
• I've realized I'm a worrier.
• I'm 50 lbs. lighter.
• I have greater reason to live.
• I've found happiness in simplicity.
• I've learned that I can love beyond love.
• I've learned that "happiness" is an understatement.
