End of the Year

The summary of our 2010- -as written in our Christmas letter.

The Todd Family Christmas Letter

Volume 1: 2010

Dear Family and Friends,

Happy Holidays! We hope this letter finds you happy, healthy, and cozy in your warm homes. The year is coming to an end, and though it hasn’t been the most eventful, we did welcome our first child into the world and he gives us reason to start our future years of Family Christmas Letters.

Teryn Gregory Todd was born March 13th and is now 9 months old. He is full of energy and attitude! Becoming an Adrenaline Junky already, he loves to be thrown in the air or tossed into the Love Sac and gets bored if he sits around too long. He loves to jabber and discovers new sounds every day. Full of charm, he’s already figured out how to use his big blue eyes for his benefit. He makes us laugh and fills our hearts with love. Parenthood is quite a ride, but he makes every day enjoyable. We love every minute.

Tyson is going as high-speed as ever. He works part time while carrying a full-time load at Utah State University. With just one semester left, he will graduate in Spring with degrees in Political Science and Economics. We are really looking forward to the end. Between work, school, and maintaining our apartments, he is non-stop and we’re grateful for every minute he has to spare. Teryn and I are grateful for such a great husband and daddy!

As for me, I’m blessed to be home full-time with Teryn. Tyson and I were hired to be on-site managers for some student housing here in Logan, which means I get the benefits of full-time work while being a full-time mom. It’s such a wonderful blessing! Things get hectic sometimes, but Teryn enjoys the action and all the new faces. I look forward to the day I have more time to spend crafting and home making, but until Tyson is out of school, I wouldn’t change a thing.

We have truly been blessed in so many ways this year. We know we are led by a Heavenly Father who loves us and cares about our well-being. He never stops giving, and at this time of year, we are especially grateful for the gift of His Son. In Him, every blessing we receive is eternal. Let us all remember our blessings and the real, true meaning of Christmas this holiday season.

With Love, Tyson, Dani, and Teryn Todd
