DAY 7: SOMEONE WHO HAS MADE YOUR LIFE WORTH LIVING
If my response was anyone but my husband, I'd say I was married to the wrong person =0) My son could fall in this category as well, but since he wouldn't be here without my husband, my answer is definitely my husband.
If you've never met him, let me introduce you. His name is Tyson Lyn Todd. 6'2" and athletic, he loves sports, especially basketball and baseball. He is incredibly intelligent- -I learn from him every day. He is currently studying Political Science and Economics at Utah State University and will graduate in the Spring with Bachelors' degrees in both areas. He is so stinkin' funny, I can't even tell you. SO funny, and SO out-of-nowhere that he keeps me laughing. He is such a hard worker. As I type, he's outside shoveling the walkways of the apartment complex we manage. He is respectful and obedient. He is understanding. He's considerably mature, yet there's this child inside of him that can't be tamed. He has the best heart I've ever known- -next time you see him, ask him about the cat he saved (when I say saved, I mean brought back from the dead.) He dreams of helping underprivileged children get educations. He loves his family and contacts each one of his parents and siblings weekly, just to say "hi." He is a man of God. He is SUCH a good daddy- -Teryn smiles and jumps and wiggles every time Tyson gets home from school. They're best buddies.
More than all of that- -he adores me. He supports me, accepts me, admires me, and appreciates me everyday- -and he never gives me reason to question it. He looks at me in a way I've never been looked at before. He makes me melt and I fall in love with him several times a day. He respects my opinion and includes me in his decisions. Did I mention he's SO stinkin' funny? He really listens to me and cares about how I feel and what I think. He eats everything I cook, but doesn't expect to be cooked for. He makes the bed to surprise me sometimes =0) He puts everything on the back burner if he knows I need extra TLC. He thinks I'm clever and funny.
To say I love him is an understatement!
He's not perfect, and neither am I. But we love each other's imperfections and
we're perfect for each other.
