Only the Beginning

Waiting.....Wondering.....Anticipating...

Our son's due date is less than 3 weeks away--March 12--but it hit me the other day that March 12th is just a shot in the dark! That's all it is. It means nothing to our baby--he'll come whenever he wants to come! That thought made my heart and mind race......

WHEN WILL HE GET HERE???

Until he does, I'm pretty sure I'm experiencing the "nesting" phase of my pregnancy. Extra grocery shopping, with emphasis on frozen dinners and disposable plates/bowls/cups to minimize cooking and dish washing; nursery finished; hospital bag packed; towel tucked in my car seat, just in case my water breaks =0); etc. Can you say "First-time-mother-paranoia"?? I say it everyday--but at least I admit it. Something I learned on my mission is you can never be too prepared.....

Here is me at 37 weeks-43 1/2 inches around. Officially full-term!

Any time now, son.......anytime......

p.s. Contrary to what you might be led to believe by viewing my prego pictures--I don't spend all of my time in pajamas =0). It's usually late in the evening before we decide to pull the camera out and take pictures.
