The real reason we started this blog....

WE'RE EXPECTING!!

(as many of you suspected......)

Tyson and I were so excited to see a positive result on this pregnancy test I took July 3rd. (Actually, I was in disbelief--hence, the second test) =0)

I couldn't believe it, but it's true!! We had our first doctor's appointment on August 5th and had our first ultrasound. The doctor made sure to point out the halo hovering over our baby's head (wonder how long that will last.) In these pictures, our baby is 2.34 cm at 8 weeks and 5 days along. We are due March 12th!

This is my belly at 12 weeks. No, I'm not poking it out. I'm only 1/3 of the way there and I'm already this big?........scary.........

We have a second doctor's appointment in 2 days-September 9th-to hear the baby's heart beat and make sure everything is OK.

If it is, we'll finally come out and share our news =0)
